TD Ameritrade Transfer-In Campaign

Step 1

Please send an email to [email protected] with the TD Ameritrade’s transfer form and your signed NRIC (front and back) attached.

How to fill in the TD Ameritrade’s transfer form?

1. Date
2. TD Ameritrade Singapore Account Number (Client’s 9-digit TD Ameritrade Singapore Account number starting with 220)
3. TD Ameritrade Singapore Account Name
4. Tick the box to transfer all available shares (whole shares only. Fractional shares are not allowed), or
5. Fill in the detail of the counters accordingly in the table provided form, to transfer in specific US shares.
6. Account number at Receiving firm: ProsperUs Account Number (Client’s 7-digit)
7. Account Name at Receiving Firm: Please make sure to type in your full name that corresponds to the name of both the brokerage account.
8. Under account owner’s signature, client to sign off.
9. Please note that a copy of the front and back of your NRIC with your signature will need to be attached in the request to TD Ameritrade.

Step 2

Fill in ProsperUs transfer form and email to [email protected]

How to fill in the ProsperUs transfer form?

1. Date
2. Counterparty’s details (Deliverer) – Account Number with counterparty:
   TD Ameritrade Singapore Account Number (Client’s 9-digit TD Ameritrade Singapore Account number starting with 220)
3. Counterparty’s details (Receiver) – Account number with counterparty:
   ProsperUs Account Number (Client’s 7-digit ProsperUs Account number starting with 07)
4. Fill in the detail of the counters accordingly in the table provided form, to transfer in specific US shares.
5. The Transfer Type*:
   Please tick accordingly based on your share’s beneficiary status.
   For NCBO#, please make sure to type in your full name that corresponds to the name of both the brokerage account.
6. Please sign off and provide your Name and ProsperUs Account Number.
