📅 Important Dates for the ProsperUs Platform Decommissioning

Monday, 11 August 2025
Opening of new positions will no longer be allowed. All existing positions will be set to “Reduce Only” mode.

Friday, 17 October 2025
Last day to enjoy one-time fee waiver for transfer-out requests to another CGS SG platform or other brokerages.
Clients may still request transfers after this date, but standard transfer fees will apply.

Friday 31 October 2025
Final day for all clients to close all open positions and/or sell their mutual fund units – subject to market trading hours of the respective exchanges.

Monday, 3 November 2025
All remaining open positions (excluding stocks/ETFs) and/or mutual fund units will be closed/sold by CGS SG starting from market open.

Friday, 21 November 2025
Last day to withdraw any remaining balances and to submit any transfer-out request.

Friday, 28 November 2025
Last day to download any statements and other documents via the ProsperUs platform.

Sunday, 30 November 2025
The ProsperUs trading platform will be officially decommissioned.

FAQ

Account Balances & Rewards Points

If you have a positive cash balance, you are required to withdraw your funds by: 21 November 2025.

You may request a withdrawal via the ProsperUs client portal.

After the ProsperUs platform is decommissioned, withdrawal requests must be submitted via our customer support team

If you wish to transfer your balance to CGS SG’s iTrade or UP Platform, please submit your written request via our customer support team at [email protected]

Clients with a negative cash balance or outstanding payment obligations must settle their accounts as follows:

All negative balances and payment obligations must be cleared and settled before 21 November 2025.

You may fund your account using FAST, PayNow, or telegraphic transfer.

Failure to satisfy the above may result in:

Additional interest or penalty fees.

Legal action by CGS SG to enforce its rights in respect of any unpaid amounts owing to it.

Restrictions on future account openings or internal and external transfers.

Please act promptly to avoid such fees, legal proceedings or other account escalation action.

If you currently have ProsperUs rewards points, please take note of the following:

Last date to redeem points: 29 August 2025

Any unredeemed points after the redemption deadline will be forfeited permanently.

Points cannot be reinstated or transferred to another platform within CGS SG.

To avoid losing your points, we strongly recommend redeeming them via the client portal before 29 August 2025.
