What is ProsperUs Rewards?

ProsperUs Rewards is a loyalty rewards programme specially designed to give back to loyal clients like yourself! You will be entitled to earn ProsperUs Reward Points as you trade on ProsperUs platform. These Reward Points will be used to redeem for awesome rewards of your choice.

How do I earn Reward Points?

Every S$1 commission paid for trading investment product (excluding Foreign Exchange (FX), CryptoFX and Mutual Funds) on ProsperUs platform, you will be awarded 3 ProsperUs Reward points.

How do I check and redeem my ProsperUs Reward points?

To check your Prosperous Reward points –

  1. Login to ProsperUs account
  2. Go to “Home” then “My Rewards’, under “Redeemable
  3. The Total Points Available will be reflected under “Redeemable”.

ProsperUs Rewards is loyalty program specially curated by ProsperUs to reward loyal clients like yourself! With every trade, you’ll earn points that can be redeemed for rewards of your choice.

Good news, you are automatically enrolled when you open an account with us!

You’ll start earning points when you trade with ProsperUs. Every dollar of commission paid, rounded to the nearest dollar, is equivalent to 3 points.

Sam traded in January 2022 and total commission paid for the month is SGD33.50. He will then be rewarded with 34 x 3 = 102 points!
All commissions eligible for ProsperUs Rewards, will be converted into Singapore Dollars (SGD) using prevailing forex rates, if not already in SGD.
Points are not awarded on Foreign Exchange (FX), CryptoFX and Mutual Funds transactions.

Simply log in to your ProsperUs account > Home > My Rewards > under “Redeemable”.

Your points earned on the previous month’s transactions are credited on the 15th of the following month. If the 15th falls on a weekend or public holiday, it will be updated the next working day.

Log in to your ProsperUs account > Home > My Rewards > Available Points, to see your points eligible for redemption.
Click on the “Redeem” button > Choose Your Preferred Rewards > Select Amount to Redeem > Submit Your Redemption

You can start redeeming rewards with a minimum of 100 points, and in multiples of 20 for term life and personal accident. Critical illness coverage will be in multiples of 40 with a minimum of 120 points.

Scenario 1: Sam has 90 points available for redemption. He unfortunately does not yet have enough points to redeem any rewards.
Scenario 2: Sam has 530 points available for redemption, he will be able to redeem up to 520 points.

Once the redemption is successfully processed, you will also receive an email notification.

Your points will expire 2 years from the date your points are credited to you.

Within the section “My Rewards”, you will have access to information regarding the number of points that will expire on a specified date.

No. Our rewards points are non-transferrable and cannot be converted into cash or otherwise exchange for value. Your reward points can only be used to redeem rewards available of our platform.

Kindly note that upon submission of a rewards redemption request, no amendment and/or refund requests can be made.

Firstly, ensure that you have a SNACK account. If you are currently not a SNACK user, you can kickstart by downloading the SNACK app via App Store or Google Play store and create a SNACK account.

Afterwards, go to “PORTFOLIO” in your SNACK account, and start the SNACK “Accident”/ “Life”/ “Critical” product by clicking “Redeem Coverage”. Click on “Redeem now” to activate the product.

After you have activated that product, your insurance coverage will be credited into your SNACK account within thirty (30) business days. “Business days” means any day except Saturday, Sunday and any gazetted public holiday in Singapore.

Your Ryde+ subscription reward redemption will be sent to your registered email with ProsperUs within thirty (30) business days. “Business days” means any day except Saturday, Sunday and any gazetted public holiday in Singapore.

Here’s how you can redeem your Ryde+ subscription plan:

  1. Launch the Ryde app > Click on the ≡ button and select Ryde+
  2. Select the Select Plans button > Click the monthly plan (S$19.99).
  3. Enter the subscription voucher code & add a payment method > select the Confirm button.


  • You will be charged S$19.99 on a monthly basis after 30 days from the date of redemption on Ryde mobile App through your stored payment details. No notifications will be given and it will be auto renewed. If you would like to cancel the subscription, you are required to do so 1 day before the end of your subscription cycle.
  • The free Ryde+ Subscription is only valid for the first month upon redemption within the promotional period.

  1. Log in to your ProsperUs account > Click Build or Boost trading application.
  2. Click on ‘human’ icon or ≡ button and select Subscriptions.
  3. Under Available subscriptions, click on Subscribe under Singapore Stock Exchange Level 2.
  4. Choose the option to “Start now” or “Start next month” > complete the subscriber agreement > click on Subscribe button.

Before you redeem the rebate for the one-month SGX market data subscription level 2, please ensure that you have an ongoing subscription to it.

You may only redeem this reward once a month.

Your one-month SGX market data subscription level 2 rebate will take place within thirty (30) business days after redemption. “Business days” means any day except Saturday, Sunday, and any gazetted public holiday in Singapore.

Your Total Redeemable Rewards Points will be deducted upon successful redemption.
